A civic tool I built to make Rochester legible: who decides what, where the money goes, how a project moves from one budget number to another, and how residents get heard ward by ward. It’s a civic instrument — not a campaign ad and not a product — and it’s in preview now.
Before I ever filed, I dug into the Link BRT budget and found the gap between the number posted publicly and the number actually approved. No title, no staff — just the work. That’s the kind of scrutiny I’ll bring to every major project, except it’ll be on a public dashboard so you don’t have to find it yourself.
